Adoption Policy & Terms

Welcome to El’Sprite. We’re committed to ensuring our kittens are placed in safe, loving, and lifelong homes. Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding with an adoption.

Pet Ownership

Ownership of each kitten remains with El’Sprite until the animal has been collected or delivered to the buyer, and the microchip details have been officially transferred. We carefully select homes with the expectation that each kitten is joining their forever family.

Health & Care

All kittens are:

• Vet-checked and vaccinated

• Spayed or neutered (unless sold to registered breeders)

• Microchipped and dewormed

We provide health records and guidance to support your kitten’s transition into your home.

Eligibility Requirements

To adopt, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide a safe, stable home environment

• Agree to ongoing care, including proper nutrition, vet visits, and companionship

We reserve the right to decline applications that do not meet our standards for responsible pet ownership.

Return Policy

If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact us. While we do not offer refunds, we may assist in rehoming the kitten if necessary. Our goal is always the welfare of the animal.

We follow the NSW Department of Primary Industries policies to maintain our legal and ethical obligations on keeping Cats.
